Hello hello everybody welcome to another episode of the world remedies podcast today I am so excited to introduce everyone to Kylie Zak Kylie how are you? It's so wonderful to get to talk to you today.

00:15.31
Kylee Zeck
Yes, thank you so much for having me I am doing really well actually um, you know, just going through the ebbs and flows of motherhood and life and figuring everything out and um today was today was good I gifted myself some. Alone time that I I haven't really been consistent with and I find that I'm a much better mother when I give myself that time to remove myself and then come back and I'm just way more present and um, just.

00:35.85
wildremedies
Um.

00:39.56
wildremedies
Yeah.

00:49.96
Kylee Zeck
A better mommy that way and a better wife and a friend and a person when I have that I alone time to just kind of reset so they was one of those days. Not really I'm like no because I Well Okay, so.

00:55.74
wildremedies
Yeah, would you say that you're you're you're more of an introvert than an extrovert or no.

01:09.67
wildremedies
70

01:09.67
Kylee Zeck
I would say I hermit sometimes but most the time I'm the person at you know target that I'm like oh you're from Kansas City hi I used to be from Kansas City too and blah blah blah blah blah and they're just looking at me like and I'm like okay well good talk. Thanks! See you later. But my husband is very much the same as me in that respect. So we're both the people that are like oh my gosh like let's just have a random conversation with a stranger and they're just like looking at us like a deer in headlights we're like okay well at least we have each other and we're like that. So.

01:44.87
wildremedies
Um, honestly I love those personality types because I am the complete opposite I am definitely an introvert I can be extroverted but like my gosh I just got back from a seven day business trip where it was just full on.

01:49.74
Kylee Zeck
A.

02:02.55
wildremedies
Having to deal with so many people events all of these things running around and I got home and was just like oh crashed and I have like another big event that I have to do this weekend and I'm like I don't know how people do it and it's true like I need a lot of a loan time in order to recharge.

02:13.69
Kylee Zeck
Um, I'm dying. Yeah, ah you know? yeah.

02:19.31
wildremedies
And sometimes I'm jealous of the people who get energy from other people and you know are really like curious and chatting with strangers I'm definitely the 1 kind of like standing in the corner. But then once you start chatting with me then that then I come out of my shell. Yeah, but.

02:23.36
Kylee Zeck
Um, oh yeah.

02:32.29
Kylee Zeck
We're good to go? Yeah, ah yeah, well it sometimes changes for me. It just also depends on. Um, how overstimated I am I'm so quick to be overstimated and so I just have to be careful of that I just and that's another thing It's like.

02:40.72
wildremedies
These.

02:50.27
Kylee Zeck
You know the word empath I feel like is so overused and sometimes annoying this day and age. But I really do absorb everything and so I've been so mindful of like just really kind of having that energetic shield of protection to not absorb, but.

03:06.10
wildremedies
Yeah, yeah, for sure I've had to make a note to do that a couple of times before you know, just like having conversations with folks who kind of I don't know corner you and just talk and talk and you know don't go note.

03:07.94
Kylee Zeck
Everything.

03:19.97
Kylee Zeck
Um, oh oh my gosh that just happened to me like it was yes yesterday I went to Hobby lobby by myself and I'm like yes by myself I don't get this very often or maybe it was a few days ago but whatever. Um.

03:24.75
wildremedies
Really.

03:35.14
Kylee Zeck
And I was like yes, my free time to just kind of look around and I talked with a lady for an hour in the aisle of hobby lobby and turns out we jumped down like 12 rabbit holes and it was super fun. But at the end I was like oh shoot that was like my entire alone time.

03:42.48
wildremedies
Oh well.

03:54.58
Kylee Zeck
And it's it's fine sometimes he knows no but sometimes you need those conversations because it's like they make us feel so isolated in the way that we feel and think these days just because they want us to believe that we're so alone and.

03:57.56
wildremedies
Wasn't very alone was it.

04:14.12
Kylee Zeck
Believing in what's going on and so when you do find those people you're like oh so you get it you you see me I see you and you you get? what's going on. So it's cool to have those connections to be like okay and then I had to reel my energy back in so I don't scare them I'm like okay so how far can.

04:14.59
wildremedies
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

04:31.56
Kylee Zeck
I Talk about these things with you without freaking you out.

04:37.90
wildremedies
Ah, well feel free to talk about absolutely anything on this podcast. Um I mean I feel like you know both you and your husband Alec have been such a beacon of light for me over the past couple of years

04:48.33
Kylee Zeck
Thank you.

04:53.70
wildremedies
Um I found you guys through the Health freedom for humanity podcast which was just ah I mean refreshing but also heartbreaking like some of the interviews that you guys were having with people who were having you know side effects.

05:04.16
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah.

05:10.30
wildremedies
From you know these medical interventions that have been pushed on people for the past few years was really you know it was rough because you guys had a lot of people on a lot of people. Yeah.

05:11.48
Kylee Zeck
A.

05:18.99
Kylee Zeck
It's devastating. Yeah yeah, and there was one I know in particular excuse me my husband was interviewing and she ended up having ah I guess you would say a reaction or a seizure on.

05:34.78
wildremedies
Oh my gosh.

05:36.19
Kylee Zeck
Podcast and that's just like I can't even and that's why I don't do podcasts very often because I just like I don't know I just am you're right I am introverted extroverted I am very protective of my energy at times but just seeing those things. It's like I.

05:46.36
wildremedies
Are.

05:53.45
Kylee Zeck
Gosh I Totally take on that like it I can't imagine again I compartmentalize though with my own family members who have chosen to trust science with a capital s and um, you know in my mind I'm like oh they're gonna.

05:55.70
wildremedies
Hey.

06:07.56
wildremedies
Yeah.

06:13.39
Kylee Zeck
Just fine and even on a daily basis I feel like I revisit that in my head where I'm like okay they're gonna be okay, they're gonna be okay, um, but Mindset is everything the mind is so powerful and also of.

06:20.52
wildremedies
Um, and honey.

06:28.90
Kylee Zeck
Thinking and speaking that into existence and just sending them all the love and the healing you know, sounds cheesy to say healing vibes. But honestly like if you send them a prayer protection I Totally believe in that and I have to do that many times a day because I just can't even go there and just.

06:42.12
wildremedies
Um, he now.

06:47.82
Kylee Zeck
You know with other people so removed but when it's your family That's it's hard sorry I get choked up thinking about it. But um I know that God has a plan in all of this and.

06:53.28
wildremedies
Um, yeah, and.

07:04.32
wildremedies
Um, it is yeah I know it's scary, but it's interesting. You know the reason that I wanted to chat with you today is to talk about your health journey right? and I feel like.

07:04.60
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, it's just it's wild. What's going on. Yeah.

07:21.67
wildremedies
We've had a lot of similarities and you know as challenging as that's been. You know for me, it's still ongoing. It's a lifelong thing at this point and the things that are you know we're starting to see or that we have been seeing.

07:23.95
Kylee Zeck
Um.

07:28.51
Kylee Zeck
Absolutely.

07:39.56
wildremedies
Over the past couple of years it's almost like what we've gone through is preparing us to be able to to help other folks because there's going to be a lot of people who are looking for answers and unfortunately a lot of folks aren't going to find those answers through.

07:52.80
Kylee Zeck
Yep. Yeah, yeah.

07:59.17
wildremedies
The Western medical Health system right? and you know I talk about that quite a bit and there's there's a place for it right? You know like emergency medicine extremely important like it's been. It's It's very valuable in many ways, but it's detrimental.

08:02.68
Kylee Zeck
Yep. Here right.

08:15.60
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah.

08:17.14
wildremedies
And and a lot of them so you know I I would love to just kind of get started by hearing your journey. You know like where you started out with your health challenges and you know how how all of that has looked so far for you.

08:30.55
Kylee Zeck
Um.

08:35.29
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, um, well just like you. It's still ongoing just because you know babies can come in your life and totally shake things up as well as um, family and just trauma and things and things happen in life that. Continue to show me more and more about myself that I need to dig deeper into um and it's it's crazy and I'll circle back to that. But yeah, so it all started when I was about fourteen years old and. Looking back I realized that I had so much going on at that time my dad was deployed um I got my wisdom teeth taken out I had a first serious boyfriend who was not. You know was definitely in my life to teach me lessons about myself.

09:27.48
wildremedies
So here.

09:31.70
Kylee Zeck
Um I was living in a house that was so old that was probably riddled with mold. Um, and so there were so many things you know and I I could touch on what I think really made me ill but there's not 1 smoking gun. Obviously.

09:34.77
wildremedies
E.

09:48.29
Kylee Zeck
And it's just layers upon layers of things that make us present with the things that we do and so which is refreshing to think about because then you don't have to identify with 1 label. Although I've had. Doctors label me several times with several different things including Lupus Rheumatoid arthritis um connective tissue disease or undifferentiated connective tissue disease and just all these things fibromyalgia. Whatever.

10:04.40
wildremedies
See.

10:15.78
wildremedies
A.

10:17.63
Kylee Zeck
Um, it's all this umbrella of autoimmune condition that's looking the same but I don't really know I Wish we had a magic wand or magic pill. But we don't and you're going to live this way for the rest of your life and that's what I was told. Um.

10:24.00
wildremedies
Yep yep.

10:33.63
Kylee Zeck
But yeah, so I started really young and I unfortunately was tossed around from doctor to doctor for about four years until I got my first label and although I don't know I no longer identify with labels. They could be incredibly helpful at the time because you're like okay. So now this kind of gives me a sense of direction of where to go from here. Um, but that's if you're still in the paradigm of ah you know, subscribing to the western medicine like as I was back then I was like okay, well now what medicine do I need what do I need to make myself.

11:07.49
wildremedies
I mean.

11:10.80
Kylee Zeck
Better and I had no idea what I was about to go through and um, because by this time I got this label of lupus I was eighteen years old and I had already tried several drugs at this point and then um.

11:23.76
wildremedies
What were your symptoms.

11:30.37
Kylee Zeck
So my main one was fatigue and pain all over my body like just excruciating pain like I couldn't even run my fingertips down the front of my thighs without it just like being extremely painful I couldn't lift my arms about but above my head to blow dry my hair. Um.

11:33.47
wildremedies
I was me too now. So.

11:46.25
wildremedies
And.

11:50.54
Kylee Zeck
It was just it was crippling I felt like I was so old and I was only 1415 years old and I'm like what the heck I couldn't get into a cold pool I would put my clothes in the dryer before I'd go to school I spent most of my time in the nurse's office.

11:57.45
wildremedies
He.

12:09.38
Kylee Zeck
Um, just resting and they allowed me and that's when they were like um I think something is going on with you and I do remember talking to my mom and I remember specifically a moment where I was on the floor and I was like. Double over in pain just pain all over my body and he said something's not right? Um, and this had come after a mononucleosis or Epstein bar virus diagnosis.

12:29.44
wildremedies
A 6

12:44.50
Kylee Zeck
I had never felt better after that. So I guess you would say that was like the first one of the first hits of like a pivotal thing ah in my health. But really, you know so many things are going on at the same time. But for the longest time I was like oh it was mono that did it.

12:53.80
wildremedies
And.

13:02.80
Kylee Zeck
Because then after that it was just like a downhill like experience of 1 thing one symptom after the other ah painful periods to the point where I would be fainting. Um, yeah, so it was it was multiple things and I'm sorry if I have trouble recalling. It's just.

13:12.45
wildremedies
Oh wow.

13:22.14
Kylee Zeck
1 I don't know if I fully comprehended how traumatic of an experience that was for me as such a young age but also I'm so far removed from that person now that it's like that was a lifetime ago I can't even believe.

13:33.38
wildremedies
And.

13:39.49
Kylee Zeck
And then also it's like how much were the drugs you know, wiping that from my memory because at that age I was taking things like Ambien just to go to sleep at night and um, which is insane I was also out in birth control.

13:43.51
wildremedies
Here. Here.

13:56.77
Kylee Zeck
Um, it was just a trial and error of medication after medication and then that's was like okay so is it the medication that's making me feel this way or am I really the sick and it wasn't until I was in college and I was driving to my birthday dinner. And I was like oh my gosh I can't drive right now because I was trying this new drug called Lyrica and um, which ironically I asked my doctor to try that drug I saw it on Tv and I was like I'm going to just go.

14:21.17
wildremedies
He.

14:33.14
Kylee Zeck
You know, be my own advocate and I want this drug and let's try it and he was like sure. Why not let's do it and I um remember being like how am I supposed to be a college student taking these tests and exams and be present and learn anything when I can't even I can't even see the road. Ah, can't drive I can't do this I'm not I'm non-functional and that's what I was really having this intuition in the back of my head that was like you know, maybe maybe you should start eating healthier I bet that would that could help you and I firmly believed that. But I.

15:08.83
wildremedies
Um.

15:11.20
Kylee Zeck
I didn't do anything about it because I was turning 2020 years old 21 years old and I didn't want to change my whole diet I wanted to be like every other college kid that ate like crap and drink alcohol and um, yeah, um.

15:23.97
wildremedies
Partyed and making yeah it's the college experience right? yeah.

15:30.77
Kylee Zeck
But even then I was still robbed of my college experience because of Medications I was on and just ah crippling fatigue and pain that would come over me that was very stress-induced because it would line up with whenever finals would come around. Um and.

15:33.79
wildremedies
He has.

15:46.31
wildremedies
Egg.

15:50.53
Kylee Zeck
I Remember having to have my roommate take me to the emergency room and I was just hooked up the morphine all day because I was having such a bad flare and I was out for the whole day. Um, because I was just in so much pain I couldn't I could hardly walk to the car to.

15:58.30
wildremedies
About.

16:06.13
wildremedies
You hate.

16:08.93
Kylee Zeck
Get to the emergency room. Um, and so yeah I lived that way for a couple of years and then finally I got a combination of medication that kind of brought my said rates which is your inflammation markers to an acceptable.

16:27.79
wildremedies
E.

16:28.78
Kylee Zeck
Zone which keep in mind for my age. It should have been about 22 the inflammation marker should have been about 22 and I was in ah 78 and then with the medication I was on which was satyloram and hydroxychloroquine.

16:46.69
Kylee Zeck
I was then brought down to about a 42 which is still significant inflammation but I was like okay I'll settle I can do this and then I got married to my husband Alec which he had been with me through this whole time because we met in high school.

16:49.78
wildremedies
And.

17:02.28
wildremedies
In.

17:05.20
Kylee Zeck
Um, so he he really witnessed my ups and downs. Um and we witnessed his mom go through radical healing through just diet alone and so we were like Okay, there's something to this diet thing that my intuition was telling me and he goes.

17:21.42
wildremedies
And.

17:24.27
Kylee Zeck
I'll do this with you and I get choked up every time because I don't think I would have been able to be I'm sorry I don't think I would have been able to do it without him buckling down with me like I needed that support. Because that was such a big lifestyle change for me and food was my comfort and I loved to eat French fries and all that stuff and don't get me wrong I Still indulge. Um, when I can but that was.

17:43.58
wildremedies
He's.

18:00.50
Kylee Zeck
Was a big deal and for just to have his support meant everything and then so about three months after me changing just my diet. It was just my diet I hadn't really ah thought about anything else at this point. I was still lighting candles that were toxic and this and that and it was like three months had gone by and I was like you know what I feel so good like I think I could get off my medication. Well i. Never go off your medication without consulting somebody who knows what they're doing and most of the times your doctor doesn't know what they're doing but um I called turkey it was to Tyler Pram which is like an anti-anxiety medication which I was actually taking you know like how they have medications where you're like.

18:41.30
wildremedies
Um, yeah, which which med was this.

18:55.56
Kylee Zeck
Okay, it's for this but you're actually going to take it for this. So I Yeah oh my gosh I'm so sorry.

19:00.36
wildremedies
It was on that one as well for panic attacks I Also went cold turkey. Yeah, it wasn't great. Um, yeah, but it was really interesting because that was when I Discovered. Homeopathic Medicine I was getting like these crazy brains apps like literally like I just I felt like I was going to just like fall on the ground I was so dizzy and I didn't know where to turn because this was at a point where I was still quite entrenched in the system. But I knew that it wasn't helping me.

19:18.49
Kylee Zeck
Um, yes.

19:25.67
Kylee Zeck
Um, the allen.

19:31.78
Kylee Zeck
And here here.

19:35.42
wildremedies
So went to the health food store and chatted with somebody there and they were like well all we have is you know this homeopathic these pills that's called Vertigo heal like Vertigo H E E L and

19:44.41
Kylee Zeck
A.

19:49.70
wildremedies
I Just did not believe in homeopathy at that point but I was just like I don't care like I just need to try something I took one of those pills. The symptoms were gone and they never came back I still have that bottle somewhere. Yeah, it was wild.

20:01.55
Kylee Zeck
I Totally believe that I'm such a firm believer now even knowing what I know now about homeopathy and we're currently treating my son with homeopathy and I am a firm believer in that stuff like I could go That's like a whole another podcast.

20:17.98
wildremedies
It's wild see. Yeah totally.

20:21.80
Kylee Zeck
Um, but yeah, it's wild and they don't like I guess they expect us to like just take this medication be like yep. Okay, you're on your way kiddo like you're good to go. There's never a conversation about like hey if you don't take this this is what could happen and.

20:30.53
wildremedies
Yeah, and.

20:39.58
Kylee Zeck
So I was like yeah I think a three day taper would be great and so then I like I had a ventel breakdown not actually but I remember my husband and I fighting over the trash can I don't freaking now it was something stupid but I was like but you didn't take a trash out and it's like something stupid.

20:45.72
wildremedies
Um, close with oh wow.

20:59.51
Kylee Zeck
And that's when I was like oh I think think I'm going through withdrawal. Um, but then a lot of it's I blurred out I don't really remember but I ended up going to get some blood work done because I did feel so great. You know I wasn't in pain and so I got the numbers back and.

21:03.30
wildremedies
Yeah.

21:18.55
Kylee Zeck
My said rates were down the lowest they had been in about a decade and I just sob Cried I couldn't believe it and I was like I did this none of those M Efforts did this I did this they didn't talk to me about diet and then that was just the beginning.

21:25.56
wildremedies
Oh I've not.

21:36.37
wildremedies
Yep, and.

21:38.39
Kylee Zeck
Because then I went to toxins in the environment and all of the body products and candles and cleaning supplies and it was just 1 rabbit hole after the other and um I just started to feel even better and better. And then it wasn't until I guess you would say 2019 did we even really think about trauma healing which is like a whole other layer to this and that's why it's still evolving like so I've been off of medication for six years now um

22:07.89
wildremedies
Yep yep.

22:15.87
Kylee Zeck
And really stable. But I now have the mental capacity and physical capacity to deal with the trauma healing which is so important because it's like that's probably 1 of the main things that made you ill in the first place. Um, so that's kind of it.

22:23.17
wildremedies
Mrs.

22:31.77
wildremedies
Yep Wow Yeah, well thank you for sharing that and you know I've just been nodding the whole time because I see myself in your story so much.

22:35.67
Kylee Zeck
And a nutshell. Ah.

22:46.81
Kylee Zeck
Um.

22:48.16
wildremedies
My my symptomsons started when I was really young so it had constant throat infections but I was around the age 14 when things started like really going downhill that was when the quote unquote depression started and then the panic attacks and by the time I was 18

22:52.19
Kylee Zeck
And here. Who.

23:02.79
Kylee Zeck
Never.

23:06.21
wildremedies
Was the same thing I remember trying to curl my hair and just holding my arms up was exhausting like the pain that I experience throughout my body. The doctors were like well it's fibromyalgia here's some trammidal that you can take for the.

23:11.12
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah, yeah, yeah.

23:22.90
Kylee Zeck
I yep I was on that. Yep you know I oh yeah, totally forgot about that 1

23:25.19
wildremedies
You're on Tra and all too. Yeah, it's so teleram tram and all wellburin. Um my God they they had me on stuff for gerd. They were goingnna you know because I had harper because I was eating trash right? It wasn't like hey change your diet stop eating mcdonald's.

23:38.68
Kylee Zeck
Um.

23:41.74
Kylee Zeck
Right? because they don't They don't get that education. They think it's they think it's pointless I went to a rheumatologist as recent as well see I was pregnant with my second.

23:43.99
wildremedies
You know like. Yeah I know.

23:59.30
Kylee Zeck
And I went to a doctor I don't know why I think I was still my husband was still in the army and so I needed a referral and so I went to go check in with them because I was still part of the system. At this point I hadn't changed to midwife yet I was still like well I want to make sure because there's the life of my baby and so I. Checking all the boxes. You know I compartmentalized. Um because it was no longer about me and I thought I was doing the right thing. Um and the nurse that was checking me In. She's like do you have any special diets and I was like ah I guess you could say paleo and she's like what I was like.

24:19.17
wildremedies
And.

24:37.86
Kylee Zeck
Paleo she goes. How do you spell that and I was like okay um, and they were just yeah, they were just flabbergasted. Um, as was I because I was like oh Wow I Forget that a lot of people don't really equate to.

24:43.20
wildremedies
Ah, wrong audience. Ah yeah.

24:56.84
Kylee Zeck
What they're eating to how they're feeling or their status of their health and I still feel that way like I still feel like I'll go back into society and I'm like oh not everybody thinks this way I forget that. But.

25:07.56
wildremedies
Yeah I know it's frustrating What? So what was this the like paleo the original diet that you did that started to alleviate symptoms me.

25:21.34
Kylee Zeck
Um, kind of I started with whole 30 because I think it's great for anybody to start with whole 30 because um, you eliminate basically so much crap out of your life and then you start to reintegrate things and then you could really see what your body responds to.

25:36.91
wildremedies
Space in here.

25:39.36
Kylee Zeck
Um, you know my husband and I have had debates about diet for so many years and now we're kind of under the same understanding that diet is so just like medication is not a 1 ne-size fits-all you know some people thrive on plant.

25:52.73
wildremedies
Yeah.

25:57.30
Kylee Zeck
Base Some people thrived on carnivore and I stick to mostly a paleo diet. Um, but not everybody thrives that way and I really just believe it's because we all have underlying toxins and trauma that we respond to and therefore what we're putting in our body is going to respond to those.

25:58.80
wildremedies
6

26:10.78
wildremedies
So yeah, totally yeah well and even just like our microbiome right? like I can't remember who was listening to recently but they were talking about. You know why.

26:16.40
Kylee Zeck
And so that's why everybody's different. It's not going to be the same. Um.

26:30.11
wildremedies
Some people probably feel a lot better on a plant-based diet and other people feel really good on something like carnivore or why when they try to integrate you know other foods that their body starts freaking out or they start having flare ups. Um, you know.

26:32.78
Kylee Zeck
So.

26:45.85
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, right, Totally yeah.

26:48.64
wildremedies
Because if you have an overgrowth or not enough of a certain type of bacteria in your gut. Your body's going to react to different foods in a totally different way. Um, which I thought was fascinating and yeah for people who might be.

27:06.72
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah, um, sugar I I would say I'm a modified paleo because I I don't want to get so crazy about.

27:06.90
wildremedies
Curious as to like what paleo is so like that's eliminating Dairy wheat. Yeah.

27:23.75
Kylee Zeck
What I'm eating I mean I do I am pretty strict but I is not in the way that you would think because if you are focusing so far into that then the the energy exchange is not going to be. Does that make sense like if you are putting so much pressure on what you're eating. You're going to make yourself sick just by being psychotic about what you're eating. Um and I don't know. Ah yeah I know it's so hard.

27:44.52
wildremedies
Um, yeah oh I've been there like I've literally created eating disorders from being so psycho about what I'm putting in my body like intuitive eating is yeah yeah, Facebook.

27:58.10
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, and I don't know. Are you familiar with German New Medicine at all. Oh my gosh. Okay, here's another rabbit hole for you? Um, you should look up Dr Melissa sell on Instagram because she's a German New Medicine practitioner and it will blow your mind like you need to interview her like so.

28:00.72
wildremedies
No, what's this yay. Husband kept. Um, okay.

28:17.53
Kylee Zeck
Amazing. But it's pretty much about how and I'm going to butcher this people. So I'm trying but basically it's about how every um symptom that's presenting is tied to some sort of.

28:23.90
wildremedies
Um.

28:35.66
Kylee Zeck
Specific trauma that you've experienced in your life like I'm talking down to the side of like your left ovary if you're having sits on Cyts sorry that was sounded weird on your left ovary then it's tied to like a specific trauma. Um and most of the time it's spot on and you're.

28:35.94
wildremedies
6

28:55.71
wildremedies
You know.

28:55.71
Kylee Zeck
It's kind of mind blowing. Um, yeah, it's It's definitely something worth looking into and um, but anyways I think in German New Medicine. It's pretty much it's It's not so much of following a specific diet. It's the relationship you have.

29:01.53
wildremedies
Really.

29:15.11
Kylee Zeck
With the food and if you are thinking about eating this snickers bar like oh this is Goingnna make me feel like shit. But I'm going to eat it anyways, it's probably gonna be more likely going to make you feel like shit. Um, yeah, it would still probably make me feel like shit. But but but that yes yeah.

29:16.29
wildremedies
Hated.

29:21.97
wildremedies
Me up.

29:29.69
wildremedies
Yeah, and it just makes it worse. Yeah.

29:34.90
Kylee Zeck
And I just still have years of um, you know I am a huge advocate of detoxing but I still have years to go I was fully vaccinated growing up and you know years of medication that I took um and so unfortunately I feel like it just.

29:42.80
wildremedies
And he yeah.

29:54.60
Kylee Zeck
By virtue of existing in the world. We live in today detoxing regular is regularly is the thing everybody has to look into because there's just too much crap. It's unavoidable at this point and I don't say that as like a scary thing I say that as like.

29:59.84
wildremedies
He yeah I know yes.

30:10.80
Kylee Zeck
Be empowered with that knowledge because then you don't have to be scared because if you know what you're doing and ways to protect yourself and you know keep yourself healthy then it doesn't have to be scary. So.

30:10.82
wildremedies
And yeah.

30:18.39
wildremedies
Yeah, absolutely I'm going through kind of like a new level I don't know I keep you know I have some success let's say starting out with diet right? Both you and I I think both started the healing journey with diet and that got me to a certain point.

30:25.44
Kylee Zeck
A a a a a.

30:37.72
wildremedies
Feeling so much better. All of these things but I was still on certain medications that I was afraid to come off of because I've had hormone dysregulation for years and years and years you know now realizing that I was from likely from a ton of antibiotic use Traumas All of these different things and then you know I've delved into so spiritual things. Ah, all types of healing modalities and recently I I finally got off of all my medication. So At one point I did an episode a few back talking about how at one point I was on Eight prescription Medications and.

31:10.29
Kylee Zeck
Oh my gosh.

31:15.12
wildremedies
Just recently went off of all the hormone stuff. So I was terrified to get off of birth control I was on it for my god Twenty over twenty years because every time I got off I would get you know these horrible cysts on my face. My back my chest my periods were just out of control.

31:16.43
Kylee Zeck
Wow Yeah, oh my goodness.

31:34.48
Kylee Zeck
Um.

31:34.68
wildremedies
And then I got prescribed this other medication that was helping me with a blood pressure issue which was a dysregulation with my endocrine system which now I'm realizing is like you know all tied to the hormone stuff and I was like okay you know what? and this was in I made this decision in conjunction.

31:38.99
Kylee Zeck
And.

31:44.76
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah.

31:53.57
wildremedies
Um, by working with the spiritual advisor and my spirit guides right? They were like yo. It's safe for you to come off this stuff and I was like okay I'm going to do it and I wean myself off of I was wellbuchin as well that I'd been on you know, just forever.

31:58.68
Kylee Zeck
Um.

32:06.70
Kylee Zeck
In my yash.

32:10.28
wildremedies
And I'm like hey I got to get off this as well and I just did my own research went to my doctor who I like to call my drug dealer because literally I can just go in and be like hey give me this and he's like sure you know, no questions. No nothing just gives it to me and I'm like okay I need it because he was like oh there's no way that you can wean off of this and I was like seize me.

32:16.90
Kylee Zeck
That accurate. Yep yep you a pharmacist.

32:29.89
wildremedies
Mean there's no way I can wean off this. He's like yeah, it's just you know, basically cold turkey or just going off like half dose and I was like what and this is why I hadn't gone off for so many years because I've tried cold turkey before and I have you know gotten to points where I was you know pretty much suicidal because the symptoms that I was having were just.

32:41.99
Kylee Zeck
And.

32:48.93
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, well and then then you're like oh well maybe I need that medication because now I'm having these thoughts again, but it's like it's such a mind f and then like you're probably taking all these medications like.

32:49.83
wildremedies
Insane and so ah, well, that's the thing it is.

33:04.30
Kylee Zeck
For 1 symptom like this happens to so many people is like they're taking one medication that's causing a set of symptoms and they're taking another medication for those set of symptoms that's being caused by another medication. So it's just like 1 big mind f ah I'm so sorry.

33:17.85
wildremedies
Yep, yeah, it is I know it's hard. It's hard to get out of that system. It's really really difficult like but I know because I've seen it and I've seen it in myself I've seen it other people. It's been a really really slow.

33:22.45
Kylee Zeck
I.

33:33.48
wildremedies
Process for me and very frustrating at times sometimes it can seem like 2 steps forward and 1 step back or 2 steps forward 2 steps back and you're just kind of like stuck in this 1 place. But I'm like I need to really just commit to this and you know go through it.

33:37.19
Kylee Zeck
And.

33:47.91
Kylee Zeck
I.

33:49.70
wildremedies
And so now I'm having a resurgence of symptoms right? The hormonal things that I'm going through and some really you know uncomfortable inflammation in my joints but I'm working with this really fabulous healthcare provider Dr. Kevin Preston I had him on. Well.

33:59.10
Kylee Zeck
Um.

34:05.97
Kylee Zeck
I.

34:06.19
wildremedies
Episode hasn't launched yet. But it's it's coming here soon and it's a whole new. It's really cool. Actually he did some testing was interesting that you mentioned Germany um, he's got these cool testing machines that he uses from Germany testing pressure points and um.

34:20.49
Kylee Zeck
But.

34:25.45
wildremedies
Measuring the body's reactivity to them and the tests were amazing like every like all the issues that I'm having are showing up and he's going. Yes, exactly yeah and it's wild and he's fine. He's like.

34:25.81
Kylee Zeck
Are.

34:32.70
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, it's like a bio feedback type of machine. That's awesome.

34:41.38
wildremedies
Krista like I'm seeing layers and layers and layers and layers of strap in your body I thought he was going to find mono because I've had mono before he's like you know there is a little bit of parasite stuff and there is still some like you know gut dysbiosis but like this is the main thing.

34:53.48
Kylee Zeck
Um.

35:00.75
wildremedies
And he's like this can travel into your ovaries. It can travel into your kidneys. It can go like it can just pile up in all different types. You know of systems in your body.

35:03.73
Kylee Zeck
Henry here.

35:10.79
Kylee Zeck
Right.

35:12.89
wildremedies
And so now I'm going through that process. It'll probably be about six months for the first protocol that we're doing and so I'm going to have to go through some uncomfortable things detoxing that it's a whole new. It's whole new system for me right? which I'm like okay this is great at least we're getting to the root here right? because.

35:21.00
Kylee Zeck
Um, yeah, yeah, um, right.

35:31.40
wildremedies
Diet and all of that like it's incredibly crucial, but there's still more under there. Especially if you've you know if you've had layers and layers and layers of you know toxicity and illness and medication and trauma throughout your life.

35:37.44
Kylee Zeck
Right.

35:45.76
Kylee Zeck
Right? Well and I think it's also important that people start to view their symptoms as their body's um, red flag system like hey um, actually.

35:57.40
wildremedies
Um, communication. Yeah.

36:00.70
Kylee Zeck
You have inflammation because your body's trying to get rid of this like for so long people would take birth control for acne or you know for all these other reasons and it's like well actually your body was just trying to get rid of it and our skin is the largest organ and so that's our body's way of trying to push it out. And so I really love to encourage people to see their symptoms as oh my body is doing what it needs to do to get rid of it. Although it's incredibly painful and uncomfortable I can support my body in its natural detoxification ways. Um so I could speed up this process or make it more manageable.

36:24.37
wildremedies
A.

36:38.81
Kylee Zeck
But even just having the understanding that you know inflammation is there to help you obviously chronic inflammation that's a different story but um, it's still your body's indication. Check oil like coming on saying hey you need to change something and um, yeah. Yeah I think even just having that mind shift of like okay my body is not attacking itself. My body is healing itself. I.

37:09.38
wildremedies
I Love that That's a big mine shift for sure. There was a book that somebody recommended to me recently by the woman. What is her name Clarissa Pincola E stays and my saying that correctly she wrote women who run with the wolves. Ah.

37:12.72
Kylee Zeck
Um.

37:22.70
Kylee Zeck
Yes, yeah.

37:26.79
wildremedies
I'm trying to remember what the title of this other book is called but just the introduction of the Book. She talks about the body and how the body is the body loves you right? And like we're so hard on it. And even though we're so hard on it. It's just here showing up every day for you and you know learning to listen to the things that come up the things that you know we find inconveniences and all of these things are just the way that it's trying to communicate with you and.

37:46.60
Kylee Zeck
Um.

37:49.69
Kylee Zeck
Yeah.

38:03.22
wildremedies
I Mean she's a poet So the way that she said it like I would I just started sobbing and I was like oh my God I'm just like hugging myself being like I'm so sorry.

38:05.65
Kylee Zeck
No so eloquent. Yeah, ah yeah, no, you know what? it's so interesting that you bring that up because that is something that I've recently started doing is talking to myself like reparenting myself like in real time.

38:19.88
wildremedies
Can you.

38:23.28
Kylee Zeck
Like what would my hire self say to me right now in this moment that I want to shut down and freeze and I can't move what would she say to me right now I'm trying to be the person or the parent that I need in this moment and you know I've been finding myself going back to those moments for. When I needed that guiding voice the most and now I'm doing it in real Time. So It's so it's so funny that you bring that up because it really is vital to have that person and nobody's going to come and save you. It's going to be you and the clearer you get with that and.

38:44.80
wildremedies
The.

38:51.29
wildremedies
And. Yeah.

39:02.70
Kylee Zeck
Understand that and start trusting your intuition. That's when you start healing yourself and you get more clear because you're reaffirming that intuition and it's like yes, okay I was right and when you start listening to it. Everything's just going to fall into place because it's.

39:05.50
wildremedies
And.

39:19.42
Kylee Zeck
When you're connected to yourself and to divine creator. Whatever you want to call it God Um, you know you're on your path and it just clicks and it's just yeah I don't know it's just I had a touch on that because that's something that I've been practicing.

39:27.21
wildremedies
Her hand.

39:37.26
wildremedies
E.

39:37.41
Kylee Zeck
Within this last two weeks of my life where I'm like okay who do I need to be for myself right now. But I also wanted to say something else is that you were talking about and our bodies are working so hard for us and I totally agree and and and one of the thing unfortunately that western medicine has done. In reference to autoimmune conditions is they're even framing it as your body's attacking itself and that automatically shuts you off from yourself as to oh I'm bad like what is that saying to you energetically, my body is attacking itself.

39:59.70
wildremedies
Meaning.

40:10.15
wildremedies
He.

40:13.58
Kylee Zeck
I Just don't believe that anymore I don't subscribe to that anymore. We need to reframe that is my body is self-healing and it's communicating that with me. Um, anyways I just had a touchback on that because I I just even feel like that Although the well-meaning doctors that they are sometimes not.

40:20.47
wildremedies
Who.

40:32.81
Kylee Zeck
Even just reaffirming that your body is attacking itself is not going to help you heal. So.

40:36.65
wildremedies
Yeah, absolutely yeah, thank you for bringing that up I think that is incredibly important and I need to check myself too sometimes with my own language because you know I still have a bad day here and there and.

40:52.56
Kylee Zeck
Oh.

40:55.92
wildremedies
I get really frustrated and I'm just like fuck like why was I given this broken body that I have to deal with and you know it's been thirty eight years I'm exhausted I am sick of the fucking healing and it's it's it's and I know.

41:01.49
Kylee Zeck
Mehanian.

41:06.60
Kylee Zeck
I Know it's like why do I incarnate here? What am I doing here. Are we done yet and I don't want to come back. Thank you.

41:14.15
wildremedies
I Know I my girlfriends and I joke about that all the time I'm just like oh God This are incarnation. Um, yeah, you know I've done a lot of things in this lifetime already if I got hit by bus Tomorrow. No regrets like. I'm I'm cool to go back to where I came from and you know whatever it's just joking. But yeah.

41:31.44
Kylee Zeck
I Know oh yeah, well it always helps when you're like okay I I did choose this and honestly we're living out our purpose right now is sharing our stories because just like you said in the beginning people are going to need people like you and I And. We're paving the way for people to start self-healing which is sovereignty in all aspects of their life to not rely on our abusers which is just the government and sorry I could go down that whole tangent. But I um become self-reliant in all aspects of your.

42:02.69
wildremedies
Now I Totally agree.

42:09.88
Kylee Zeck
Life and ah, we're living out our purpose right now because this time of our like it's just crazy Sometimes if you really sit back and think about everything that's going on and maybe I'm just too much of a conspiracy theorist but like I believe in everything. But.

42:10.22
wildremedies
Um, yeah.

42:23.32
wildremedies
Take the.

42:26.69
Kylee Zeck
It's just wild and I firmly believe that that's why we're here. That's why I went through what I went through it was not only to heal myself and others around me and my son included you know he's going through his own Auto You know I'm throwing up quotation marks autoimmune? Um, but you know I'm not really.

42:41.10
wildremedies
And.

42:46.90
Kylee Zeck
Thinking about it as his body tacking itself but autoimmune Encephalitis and it's been incredibly bumpy and challenging and you know just having the faith that that.

42:53.79
wildremedies
A.

43:00.65
Kylee Zeck
And that there's no mistakes and that we chose this and that this is part of who he is and this is part of his journey and um, it's still helping me heal aspects of myself which is it's just so incredible. How our healing Journeys are intertwining.

43:09.39
wildremedies
The.

43:16.50
Kylee Zeck
And eventually get to help other people too and.

43:17.20
wildremedies
Yeah, absolutely and so how do you work with other people because you're a holistic health coach correct.

43:27.67
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, yeah, and I'm I'm not like actively promoting my services. It's it's there people want to reach out I'm available to work with them. Um, but yeah, the way I do things is that i. Ah, try to keep it simple but although each individual person is not simple. There's only so much that we can cover within an hour I'll do like an hour phone call and I say tell me everything that you're comfortable telling me and then I'll kind of take it all in.

43:47.33
wildremedies
Hands.

44:02.16
Kylee Zeck
And then I basically email them all of my thoughts like this you know obviously it's not 1 thing. There's not 1 thing that's making you ill but here are the ways that you can improve your symptoms you know I'm not claiming to cure anyone even though my website is creating the cure. Um.

44:18.23
wildremedies
Here.

44:20.86
Kylee Zeck
But yeah, if if you get in touch with yourself and ah, you really can have a quote to cure because I'm no longer on Medications if I did it Oh my gosh I was like the most negative sad person and if I'm looking back at that girl like if I did that.

44:33.71
wildremedies
And.

44:38.90
Kylee Zeck
Without any guidance then you guys can do it. But obviously there's a level of um I don't know people have to be at a certain point in their lives to be ready because if they're not yeah if if.

44:50.59
wildremedies
Um, Rockck Bottom Maybe rock bottom. Ah.

44:55.36
Kylee Zeck
If they don't have any skin in the game or they haven't gotten to that point they're not ready then they're they're going to stay exactly where they're at and um I also tell my people to.

44:57.88
wildremedies
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

45:10.16
Kylee Zeck
Keep a really open mind when they're working with me because I am not conventional in the way that I think about Disease period and it's totally changed since Covid happened um and even the way I think about mold and and mold can still affect people no doubt but mold is there for a purpose and it's actually.

45:15.28
wildremedies
And.

45:29.96
Kylee Zeck
Breaking down toxic materials in the environment and so it's the waste product that we're getting sick from not necessarily black mold itself. That's a hole another Rabbi hole. But um, if you're interested check out the way forward podcasts with my husband because ah he is if anybody knows my husband. He's yeah.

45:34.15
wildremedies
And. And.

45:49.24
Kylee Zeck
We're We're very not traditional thinking when it comes to disease um or what causes disease. So I really ask people that I work with to keep an open mind and really trust themselves and um, all I can do is just like.

45:52.69
wildremedies
Here.

46:08.21
Kylee Zeck
Give you the wisdom that I've lived through and you know take what resonates and leave what doesn't and it's gonna be up to them to try things and have faith that okay I'm on the path and I'm gonna get through this.

46:14.13
wildremedies
Here here.

46:26.24
wildremedies
Hate.

46:26.67
Kylee Zeck
And just just hang in there because if you are in the seeking path of trying to heal. You're already in the right direction and it's it's wild because this is I'm six years in and I'm still healing every day and still doing things every day. Um. And it's my passion I love to talk about this stuff with people because I feel like I'm in a bubble of I I feel like that's why I'm horrible about social media I feel like well everybody knows this so. Why would I need to show this information and yeah, so I'm like well.

47:01.89
wildremedies
I Do the same thing ah nobody knows.

47:04.15
Kylee Zeck
To share because everybody knows this and then I'm talking to somebody Yeah, and then I'm talking to somebody and I'm like oh paleo is spelled P A L E O. That's just a stupid example. But yeah I'm. I'm just in a bubble but you know that's even another layer of myself that I'm like okay well what?? what's there. Why am I not wanting to share I also have a lovehate relationship with technology I'm not very good at it and I don't have any interest. Um and I'm just really focused in on my babies right now they like.

47:28.31
wildremedies
And evening and.

47:39.12
Kylee Zeck
Are my number 1 thing. So.

47:42.90
wildremedies
Um, know I love that So you know I just try to gather my thoughts around what you just said, but no, not at all. No, it's great.

47:48.30
Kylee Zeck
I Well I just had diarrhea of the mouth. So I'm really sorry I was just ah.

47:56.15
wildremedies
But the whole aspect of like the the nontraditional right and people needing to open their minds because the way that we have been doing things is not working right? We're getting sicker. You know like the the industrial complex system has just caused so many.

47:57.15
Kylee Zeck
He.

48:04.52
Kylee Zeck
Not working. No yeah.

48:14.98
Kylee Zeck
And.

48:15.49
wildremedies
Issues on the planet you know from killing our mother earth to killing ourselves and we're just inundated with things every single day and we really are going through this awakening process where people are realizing like hey the way that we thought the world works. Might not be how it actually works at all and more and more people are having to you know, move away from systems that just clearly aren't working like if you have a chronic illness right? Like this is this is why so many people.

48:35.10
Kylee Zeck
E.

48:52.80

Who you know maybe declined the medical interventions that were forced upon people over the past couple of years the people who declined those things are the people who have been challenged with these health issues for you know. Could be a couple years could be their whole lives and what they were given as a solution isn't working right? and so they've had to figure out other means to go about it and if yeah.

49:20.81
Kylee Zeck
Um, they had to question they had to get curious because they would be exactly where they are or sicker.

49:25.75
wildremedies
Exactly like it's just going to get worse like look at me like I was on 8 friggin medications like they were just going to keep piling it on like I was told you're never going to get better. This is just how you are you have all of these diseases and that's just your life and I used to be terrified that I was just going to end up.

49:34.60
Kylee Zeck
Um.

49:45.29
wildremedies
Was never going to be able to leave my parents' place that they were going to have to take care of me and that I was going to end up like crippled in a wheelchair that was literally the picture that they painted for me that was literally it.

49:47.61
Kylee Zeck
And hurt.

49:56.23
Kylee Zeck
I can still relate I can totally relate and that was another reason why I got off my medications because I was like oh wait I Want to have kids I want to be able to have kids someday because that was really important to me. Um, and my husband and I and just like.

50:03.30
wildremedies
He needs.

50:10.79
Kylee Zeck
I Thought as long as I'm on these medications I'm not going to be able to have babies and it's just these medications have real side effects that can be damaging and long-term and we just don't even know and that's why I turned to.

50:13.11
wildremedies
A.

50:20.19
wildremedies
No, just yet.

50:27.74
Kylee Zeck
The holistic natural remedies in the first place because I was like okay so if it doesn't work I'm not going to have a serious side effect and that's another reason why I love homeopathy so much because it's like it's like like cures like um and if it doesn't work if you are taking a remedy. And nothing happens then okay well maybe that wasn't the remiity for you and you're not going to have a side effect from it and that's why and it's all energetic medicine and once you really start diving into that. It's like oh my gosh wine blown. Um, yeah, ah, that's a whole nother conversation that is just.

50:53.84
wildremedies
Um, yeah, yeah, ah so cool. Yeah, and yeah.

51:06.37
Kylee Zeck
Amazing. Yeah.

51:08.15
wildremedies
Think a lot of people are really open to that now to you know frequency medicine I'm seeing it's even infiltrating Mlm now there's there's this device that's going on I'm sure you've heard of like the healley. Yeah I know now I've got like everybody messaging me about this thing I'm a little.

51:11.67
Kylee Zeck
Yeah I know I know the healley. Yeah, yeah, yeah, well I really believe I know because I I mean I use young living products.

51:27.77
wildremedies
Yes, yes.

51:31.50
Kylee Zeck
But I'm never the person. It's so hard and you know what I have friends that sell and work their booties off and support their family and that's amazing because those are products that I believe in essential oils. Whatever I believe in those things to work. But I'm not the hey girl type of girl. So I know we have.

51:37.44
wildremedies
And yeah.

51:45.48
wildremedies
Yeah, yeah I know yeah I have an opportunity for you? Yeah, but.

51:49.95
Kylee Zeck
Chatted since high school but I just I don't know but that's something within me. Yeah, um, no I I totally believe in things like Healley but that I saw this post the other day I can't even remember who posted it. Um, but. I found it so compelling because she said yeah I really like healli but I love homeopathy more because that's truly off grid because if something happens to the power grid which you know I I wouldn't call myself a doomsday prepper but you never know. Um, if the grid goes.

52:20.41
wildremedies
He yeah phone. No I'm um, and yeah.

52:26.59
Kylee Zeck
Down you can't use your wi-fi to heal yourself. So you're gonna need. You're gonna need the off-grid solutions. So I thought that was awesome. But also I have another friend who who does do the Healle but she also was.

52:34.48
wildremedies
Yeah I agree.

52:44.57
Kylee Zeck
Previously trained in energy healing with like movements on your body and she's like oh um, let me just fix this for you and would do like a fiurate over my head I'm like oh my God I feel so much better like but she knows like she's trained in all these movements that would I would say help. How I'm feeling in the moment and I'm like oh Wow I respect that that's really cool when we're using our tools ourselves our own bodies and stuff and natural remedies that our bodies can work with that is so amazing to me.

53:06.51
wildremedies
And serious and.

53:18.60
wildremedies
Yeah I honestly I feel like that is the future. You know we have this one viewpoint that the future is more technology more devices more you know the things that have really.

53:23.21
Kylee Zeck
So totally.

53:36.11
wildremedies
Actually not been serving us. They they do serve us in certain ways but in a lot of other ways. It's just creating so much more dysregulation in our bodies and society. Um, but yeah I mean like learning because I mean there's so much in intention right? like when we talk about the.

53:36.29
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, right? yeah.

53:50.40
Kylee Zeck
I Know yeah I know yeah.

53:53.98
wildremedies
Quote Unquote Placebo effect like that's a fucking thing you know like it and and the medical community talks about it like they acknowledge it. But it's like oh it's just a placebo effect. You know like oh that's not really, it's like that is kind of a big deal like why are we not putting.

54:09.41
Kylee Zeck
Um, I know well and I learned that homeopathy was a western medicine thing. It was Western It wasn't like ancient Eastern medication or um medicine I I come.

54:10.20
wildremedies
All of the money into figuring that out. You know, like that's crazy to me.

54:27.27
Kylee Zeck
Combined the word meditation and medication or medicine. Whatever I still have a mombrane. Um so bear with me but homeopathy was Western Medicine and a lot of doctors back in the day were trained in that until Rockefeller Medicine came around and.

54:27.73
wildremedies
Are.

54:43.49
wildremedies
Interesting hey he not surprising not surprising.

54:46.91
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, but that's a whole another thing people can start looking into um but it's also cool. Um, well not cool, but there's so many things about energy medicine that you have to go I feel like this might not be true for everybody. But. Are certain layers of healing you have to do first in order to be open to those other layers of healing because if you would have talked to me seven years ago about this stuff I would have been like no, that's not going to work for me. That's quackery and it's like.

55:09.41
wildremedies
Yeah.

55:14.77
wildremedies
Yeah, totally yep.

55:21.33
Kylee Zeck
Peeling back the layers and healing this and healing that and then you're like okay okay I I could just I could get down with that. So.

55:25.72
wildremedies
Um, absolutely yeah, there's so many things that I am into now that a few years ago I would have scoffed and rolled my eyes out for sure.

55:34.38
Kylee Zeck
Um, and.

55:36.55
Kylee Zeck
I.

55:40.63
wildremedies
But you know I feel better than I ever have in my life. Yeah is there still work to do Yep am I Bedridden anymore. Nope Not even close. You know I get so much done in a day now that I might have only dreamed of getting done in a week prior. You know so there's been remarkable progress.

55:48.77
Kylee Zeck
Um.

55:54.30
Kylee Zeck
Yeah, well, that's amazing. That's awesome. Yeah, so.

55:59.99
wildremedies
Right? And for you as well. Just great. Yeah, oh my gosh. Well I feel like I could talk to you forever. But we're getting close to our time here I would love to go down more rabbit holes and talk about all the things. Yeah I would love that.

56:04.62
Kylee Zeck
Um, I know I know.

56:13.22
Kylee Zeck
Um, yes, well maybe we'll do a part to you someday.

56:19.87
wildremedies
Ah, well, Okay, so for anybody who wants to get in touch and you know pick your brain about some of these alternative ideas that you have where where can they find you.

56:32.00
